Südmo North America, Inc. provides sanitary flow components as its primary product. However, Südmo also provides application expertise and guidelines for the most efficient use of its products. This service includes process know-how surrounding the supplied products for each specific industry.

Südmo North America, Inc. also provides field services for the components it sells. These services can be classified as product start-up services or product warranty claim services.

Start-up services include:
· Control top set-up and verification of operation
· Seat lifter positioning
· Maintenance training
· Proper installation verification

The costs for these services are available upon request by contacting Südmo North America, Inc. Warranty/troubleshooting field service is at no cost to the customer if the product fails within the specified warranty period. Südmo North America, Inc. reserves the right to send a new part or component to replace any item in question or to send a qualified service technician to the site.
