Norit Südmo’s innovative P3 material was designed to eliminate the problems associated with traditional aseptic valves. This revolutionary new seal material delivers extremely long life compared to other aseptic seal materials and is highly resistant to aggressive chemicals, withstands temperatures up to 320º F, and pressure spikes up to 290 psi. Plus, our Aseptic Interface Valve (AIV) was designed specifically for aseptic processing applications to provide an effective, safe and compact means of separating commercially sterile processes involving cleaning solutions, allergens, different product bases, flavor variants and modes of operation from each other.
