The AIV includes all necessary product and steam valves to create an interface between processing, storage and filling, allowing the processor to choose the most efficient means of production rather than being limited by system constraints. Additionally, the AIV allows future expansion, so new products and package size options can be added.  

The AIV can be 100 percent cleaned and sterilized between processing lines while satisfying the requirements of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance regulation 15p (B.1.c) for the safe separation of aseptically processed milk and milk products from CIP cleaning solutions. This means your process will also be safe from contamination by allergens and mixing of dissimilar products.
